Super Conservative Package
- Filling of two teeth, or two extractions, or two periodontal pocket curettages per month
- Check-up every 3 months (4 times per year)
- Tartar and soft plaque removal every 6 months (2 times per year)
Contract is for 3 years.
Dental care members have the option to pay for prosthetic therapy in up to 36 monthly installments.
Family members receive a 20% discount on all conservative and prosthetic services.

Family Package
- Filling, extraction, or pocket curettage on two teeth per month (adults)
- Check-up every 3 months (4 times per year) (adults and children)
- Hard and soft plaque removal and fluoridation 2 times per year (adults)
- For children: mineralization once per year, fluoridation once per year
- Fissure sealing once per year
Contract is for 3 years for two adults and three children. Customization to fit your family is available.

Family members receive a 15% discount on all conservative services.

Preventive Package
- Tartar and soft plaque removal and fluoridation every 6 months (2 times per year)

- Filling of one tooth per month
